** RETURNS/REFUND POLICIES **

Support-focused Services are not refundable once service has been rendered – this includes one-on-one coaching, marketing, web design, seminars, beta test groups, speaking, and other services that require direct investment of time by qualified individuals.

Proprietary Software is non refundable because of the nature and sensitivity of the product (see the product sales pages for information).

Membership Products may be cancelled at any time with written notice to our support desk and you will not be billed further (see below section on Subscription Payments).

Marketing Products offered are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee*. At anytime within 30-days of being charged, you may request a refund of your purchase price and it will be honored no questions asked. After 30-days there are no refunds.

Subscription Payments may be cancelled at anytime prior to the next billing period (but no less than 3-days prior to give our support staff a chance to look up your account and terminate the subscription) and you will not be billed again. Once a subscription has past its rebill period (ie. been charged), that payment becomes non-refundable. It is up to you, the buyer, to cancel your subscription BEFORE it rebills since you have the whole billing period (less the final 3 days) to cancel it if needed. If eligible, your refund will complete 7-10 days after processing.

*Note on Marketing Products that include a Physical Shipped Good.  Any product that includes (in part or entirety) a physical shipped item has a 30 day money back guarantee (not including shipping insurance charge no greater than $5) so long as the shipped goods are returned postmarked no later than 30 days from purchase and in undamaged condition to:
